Delivery Policy
- We post all of our items via Royal Mail Signed for service. If you require a different service please contact us and we can try and arrange this for you.
- If you have sent more items than asked for and your parcel weighs over 2 kilos, you will be required to pay the additional postage cost to have your items returned to you.
- If you choose our Express Service, this will guarantee your product to be made and delivered within our 3-week time frame (4 weeks if a large keepsake blanket).
- If you are going away please let us know as we will not dispatch your keepsake until you have returned. If parcels are not collected from your local delivery office after approximately three weeks, the post office return them to us. We will charge the shipping cost again to re-send your items.
