• We post all of our items via Royal Mail Signed for service. If you require a different service please contact us and we can try and arrange this for you.
• If you are going away please let us know as we will not dispatch your backpack until you have returned. If parcels are not collected from your local delivery office after approximately three weeks, the post office return them to us. We will charge the shipping cost again to re-send your products.

Once you have received your back pack if for any reason we have made a mistake with your personalisation or if the product if faulty, we will ensure the mistake is resolved as soon as possible. We will replace the product & cover postage costs for this.
